If you're not satisfied within 7 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked.

To request a refund within the 7-day window:

  • Include your account email and reason (optional)
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

After 7 Days

After the 7-day period, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel to avoid future charges.

When you cancel:

  • You can use the service until the end of your billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data is retained for 30 days in case you return

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in your dashboard.

Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds for unused time.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • Trading losses (we do not control market outcomes)
  • User error or incorrect configurations
  • Exchange API issues or downtime
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
